Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Actively hunt for leads and potential clients to expand the company's business portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients by understanding their business challenges and offering our products or tailored solutions.
  • Present and promote our HRMS products effectively to various stakeholders, including decision-makers and business leaders.
  • Negotiate proposals, pricing, and contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Sales or Business Development experience in IT Software or HRIS solutions is a strong advantage (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills able to explain technical solutions in a simple and compelling way.
  • Proven track record in selling HR products; experience handling B2B Software clients is a big plus.
  • Highly motivated hunter with a strong drive for results not just maintaining accounts, but creating new opportunities.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to work fully on-site in Tebet, South Jakarta.
