Business Development Head will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and establishing long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's business development strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead a team of business development professionals, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
- Drive revenue growth through the identification of new markets, customer segments, and revenue streams.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging industry trends, competitive landscape, and untapped opportunities.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target markets, potential clients, and industry partners.
- Lead the development and negotiation of high-value contracts, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Oversee the sales process for major deals, from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with the company's pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Develop regular reports to track business development activities, pipeline status, and financial performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and developing successful business strategies.
- Strong background in building and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
