Main Role
Lead and execute strategies to drive ShopeePay's business growth through Business Development initiatives, focusing on merchant acquisition, incubation, and performance optimization.
Tasks
- Identify and execute new growth opportunities to expand ShopeePay's merchant coverage/use-case.
- Lead merchant acquisition, incubation programs, and strategic initiatives to accelerate adoption.
- Conduct analysis on key business metrics to discover insights and propose actionable recommendations.
- Perform sales and performance gap analysis to diagnose issues and highlight improvement levers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of BD projects and campaigns.
- Deliver structured performance reports and dashboards for management.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Monitor ongoing merchant performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize strategies to boost transaction volume, repeats, and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years experience in fintech or e-commerce, preferably in business development, sales strategy, commercial planning, data analytics, or growth roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with proven project execution ownership.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL is MANDATORY.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with a structured, performance-driven working style.
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
