Job Description

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead on industry trends and competition.
  • Develop and execute strategies to proactively hunt for potential clients, identifying their needs and preferences
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients through networking, cold-calling, and other outreach efforts.
  • Create high-quality proposals tailored to each client's unique requirements and offer customized solutions that highlights our expertise and captivate clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
  • Ensure high-level of client satisfaction by delivering excellent service and ongoing support

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business development or Sales
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written
  • Excellent analytical skills to capture client's needs, preference, and goals and translate into tailored solutions
  • Ability to create persuasive, customized business proposals
  • Confident and polished presenter with a professional presence that engages and captivates clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-driven attitude.
  • Capable of handling multiple clients while keeping project timelines on track
