Business Development

Ganusa Creative is a creative division under Ganusa Lion Perkasa, focused on delivering strategic and high-quality visual content for brands across digital platforms.

Now, we are currently looking for a Business Development to join our growing team in Bali.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new client leads through proactive outreach and networking.
• Lead pitches, write business proposals, and negotiate contract terms.
• Build long-term client relationships and explore market expansion opportunities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients to support company growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of proven work experience sales, business development, or a related role is a plus.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching new people and building relationships.
• Interested in the creative and digital marketing industry.
• Familiar with social media and digital marketing services.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Good English communication skills, especially for international clients.
