Business Development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, data science or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Business Strategy, Partnerships, or Corporate Development.
• Provision in Business Planning & Financial Modelling
• Proactive, persistent, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in project management.
• Structured thinking & communication skills - research, ideation, creation, presentation, discussion, interpretation, coordination (with the ability to present
• clearly to executives and external stakeholders), used to formulize from ideation to Business Plan creation
• Experience working with a detail-focused or hands-on leader is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Bahasa and English (Other regional languages would be advantage)
• 2 Years work experiences in Business (IT industry would be advantage)
