Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Surabaya. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and strategize to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions. The individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and achieving business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong ability in Business Development, Sales Management, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience with Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and identifying growth opportunities
- Skills in Negotiation, Proposal Development, and Contract Management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and understanding of logistics, import-export, and supply chain management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven track record in business growth and achieving sales targets
