Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Forming a customer base by scheduling, cold calling, traveling to and attempting customer appointments within your territory, issuing quotes, preparing bids, and making formal presentations to prospective customers, and demonstration services offered.
  • Developing relationships with customers and generating new business.
  • Meeting monthly targets are given by Management.
  • Maintaining constant communication with various departments and overseas offices to deliver on customers logistics requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and quotations.
  • Assisting the Accounts Receivable Department with tracking payments from the customer base.

Job Requirements

  • Must have 2 to 3 years field sales experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of sales achievements.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Possess maturity, confidence, and perseverance to achieve targets.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • CRM experience is preferred

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills.
  • The ability to learn quickly and work.
  • Efficiently as productivity goals are met.
  • Good organizational skills as this position requires working with multiple departments and following up with clients and prospects.
