Job Description
- Conduct deep market research to identify emerging SaaS trends and high-potential business opportunities.
- Drive lead generation through multi-channel outreach, including cold calling, email sequences, networking, and industry events.
- Execute the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and pitching to closing deals and client acquisition.
- Build and nurture long-term strategic partnerships, ensuring consistent follow-ups and high client satisfaction.
- Partner with Creative, Tech, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Lead high-level negotiations to secure win-win agreements and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide detailed reports on BD activities, closing rates, and KPI achievements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize the lifetime value of the client portfolio.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in B2B Sales or Business Development, specifically within the SaaS industry.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to design and execute effective client acquisition and long-term retention strategies.
- Proficient in CRM management (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity tools like Google Workspace or MS Office.
- A strong track record of hitting sales targets and maintaining high client retention metrics.
- Capable of interpreting sales data and competitor research to refine business strategies and improve closing rates.
- Highly adaptive and proactive, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
