Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development professional who will help expand our business by identifying new market opportunities and developing potential partnerships. In this role, you will explore new markets, understand customer needs, and work closely with internal teams to develop new business initiatives and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and explore new market opportunities, industries, or applications for business growth.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to understand trends and potential opportunities.
  • Build relationships with potential customers and understand their needs.
  • Work with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Marketing, etc.) to develop suitable solutions and proposals.
  • Present business ideas, proposals, and opportunities to both internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Support the development and launch of new business initiatives or projects.
  • Monitor progress of new business opportunities and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, or Science is preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Market Development in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in developing new markets or business opportunities.
  • Background in industrial, chemical, manufacturing, or technical industries will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
