Job Description

We've worked with leading names across FMCG, tech, finance, and lifestyle and run over 10,000 influencer marketing campaigns across 8 markets.

We are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Executive (Internship) to support our business development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn the fundamentals of B2B sales, business development, and influencer/marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team in identifying and researching potential small-to-mid enterprise brands across various industry verticals
  • Assist in prospecting activities, including outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Help maintain and update sales pipeline tracking and CRM systems
  • Support preparation of pitch decks, proposals, and client presentation materials
  • Join sales meetings (when needed) to take notes and assist with follow-ups
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and potential client needs
  • Assist in weekly pipeline reporting and documentation of key learnings
  • Help nurture leads through structured follow-up and coordination with internal teams

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, or marketing solutions
  • Comfortable with outreach and initiating conversations
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
  • Able to commit to a minimum internship period (36 months)
