Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Management.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in sales, business development, or e-commerce, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of both online and offline sales strategies.
- Proven ability to design and execute data-driven sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Target-oriented, analytical, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies across e-commerce, website and marketplace platforms.
- Identify new business opportunities and optimize both online and offline sales channels to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior and competitor research to support business strategies
- Build and manage relationships with business partners, marketplaces, and brand collaborators.
- Create and test new business models to generate additional revenue streams (e.g., collaborations, partnership, event, pop-up stores, or corporate order).
- Create sales reports, analyze performance data, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the product or merchandising team regarding market needs and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns.
