Role Description
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include crafting strategic plans to drive business growth, conducting market research, and representing the company to secure partnerships with potential clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bekasi.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Proficiency in Business strategy and planning to achieve revenue targets.
- Effective Communication skills, including negotiation and presentation capabilities.
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
