We are looking for a Technical Business Development Executive to support business expansion and market development across Indonesia. This role combines strong technical product understanding with market analysis to identify opportunities and develop new customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence across Indonesia
- Study market trends and identify potential industries and customers for company products
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products based on technical requirements
- Provide technical product knowledge and consultation to customers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy
- Visit customers to understand their applications and propose appropriate solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure product suitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain good relationships with customers and industry partners
- Support overall business development initiatives of the company
Note: This role focuses on business development and technical support rather than direct sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 35 years of experience in chemical industry
- Experience in chemical distribution or specialty chemicals is an advantage
- Strong technical product knowledge and ability to understand customer applications
- Experience in market analysis and business development
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel and visit customers across Indonesia
- Able to work independently and proactively identify market opportunities
- Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo
