This role is designed for a senior commercial leader experienced in enterprise-level, consultative selling within transformation, strategy, or operational improvement environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition and strategic account expansion across priority sectors
- Lead complex, long-cycle enterprise sales engagements
- Engage C-suite and senior decision-makers on transformation agendas
- Shape and position customized consulting solutions aligned to client business priorities
- Develop and manage a structured commercial pipeline with clear revenue forecasting
- Collaborate closely with consulting and delivery teams to convert opportunities into executable mandates
- Contribute to thought leadership and market positioning initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, transformation, or industrial performance improvement environments
- Demonstrated success in enterprise consulting sales and commercial leadership
- Experience selling advisory or solution-based services (not product-led sales)
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability
- Financially literate in business cases, value creation, and transformation economics
- Exposure to operational excellence, supply chain, performance improvement, or enterprise transformation preferred
