About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Department Head to lead the growth and expansion of our Homecare Business. This role will be responsible for developing market strategies, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring service excellence and sustainable operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategy for the Homecare division
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and service expansion areas
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, corporate clients, and insurance partners
- Lead market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy
- Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets
- Oversee business proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with Operations and Clinical teams to ensure service readiness
- Manage and develop the Business Development team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Minimum 710 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in healthcare or homecare industry
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem and referral network
- Proven track record in achieving revenue and growth targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical capability
