Dayalima is seeking a Business Development professional to drive client engagement, identify business opportunities, and achieve growth targets through strategic partnerships and tailored solutions.
What You Will Do
- To learn the client's business challenges and client's needs related to our solution.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and stakeholder relationships.
- Responsible for the sales, and bidding process, and achieving individual annual sales targets.
- Analyze market potential, and track sales, and reports.
- Supply management with reports regarding customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree majoring in Business or any related major from an overseas university or a reputable Indonesian university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, and business development preferably in HR industry.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Experience in selling non-retail products with a focus on consultative selling
- Proven track record in managing corporate client relationships
