Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring consistent engagement, service satisfaction, and relationship growth.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services based on client needs and usage patterns.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, combining commercial value, technical feasibility, and competitive pricing.
Facilitate account recovery by identifying previously inactive clients, analyzing the cause of disengagement, and proposing solutions to reinitiate partnerships.
Represent the company in meetings with clients, including presentations, negotiations, and issue resolution discussions.
Act as the primary point of contact for handling client complaints and ensuring follow-up and resolution within the agreed SLA.
Conduct basic industry and competitor analysis to better position solutions and strengthen client relationships.
Ensure every business transaction is supported by the necessary legal documents, including agreements, LOAs, and NDAs.
Keep a detailed and updated record of all client interactions and sales activities, including calls, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups using CRM or internal systems.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor&aposs Degree in any major.
At least 1+ Years of working experience in the sales field is required for this position.
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Required Skill(s): Account Management (Managing existing clients) and experience in the acquisition of New Clients. (composition 70 - 30)
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales
Have good Bahasa (Oral and written) and English (minimum passive)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Having experience in the IT Industry for Managed Services, and/or Cloud, and/or Messaging Solutions Product
