You will play a key role in driving our expansion and helping more organizations access top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers in the recruitment industry.
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of using our job posting platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Manage leads and track progress against business development goals.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and transition for new clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, recruitment, or sales (preferably in the recruitment industry).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and network with potential clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets.
  • Highly motivated and proactive.
