Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Assistant Manager, located in Pasar Rebo. The role involves supporting business development efforts through market research, identifying growth opportunities, assisting in strategy development, and maintaining client relationships. The Assistant Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives, prepare reports, and support the execution of business initiatives to drive revenue and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate deals.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and support revenue targets.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales/Outsource/Consultant
  • includingat least 12 years in a similar role (Assistant Manager) or Supervisor level.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and KPIs.
