Business Development Analyst

As a Business Development Analyst, you will be responsible for marketing and developing business growth strategies for RSM Indonesia through market analysis, fundamental analysis, client development, and optimization of professional services (Audit Assurance, Tax, Consulting). In this role, you will report directly to the Executive Director.

Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of clients business issues to identify business opportunities for RSM Indonesia.
  • Identify strategic and fundamental issues related to potential clients.
  • Understand and interpret clients financial statements to identify business opportunities and performance improvement potential.
  • Provide and develop strategic and solution-oriented recommendations based on analysis results and an in-depth understanding of clients business conditions.
  • Prepare presentation materials based on analyses, studies, and relevant information to be presented to clients and the Board of Management of RSM Indonesia.
  • Prepare summaries of discussions with clients to capture business opportunities and plan follow-up actions.
  • Manage the client pipeline, including prospects, proposals, and follow-ups on collaborations.
  • Collaborate and work synergistically with Partners and Audit/Tax/Consulting teams in service development, as well as with analysts, economists, and other information sources.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience, preferably in Audit, Tax, Consulting, or Business Development.
  • Ability to read, understand, and analyze financial statements, economic outlook reports, and academic studies for strategic decision-making purposes.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to search for and identify potential client or business entity information not only from financial statements, but also from social media and other information sources.
  • Proficient in using Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as other business analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Having a broad professional network and relevant certifications related to this role will be considered an advantage.Top of Form
