Role Description
As a Senior Business Development professional at Ajari Technologies, you will play a strategic role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and leading initiatives that expand our market presence.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop strategies, negotiate key deals, and deliver sustainable results. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and relationship-oriented capable of combining strategy with execution.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across B2B and government sectors
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives
- Lead client engagement, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring long-term partnerships
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored proposals or solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Track performance metrics and report on business development progress to management
- Represent Ajari Technologies at business meetings, networking events, and industry forums
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 35 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, preferably in the technology or digital solutions industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and growth targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience handling corporate or government clients (B2B/B2G)
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives
