Job Description

Dmall is one of the largest SaaS-based retail I.T solution and IoT service providers. We provide retail core service cloud, e-commerce service cloud, and marketing & advertising service cloud as well as IoT solutions that enhance the operation, marketing, and sales for retailers and brand owners. These empower our clients to provide the best shopping experience for their customers and improve sales performance.

We are currently looking for an Business Development and Account Manager to join our business development team, to develop our business in Southeast Asia Market.

The Job

  • Demonstrate the business benefits and value proposition of Dmall retail solutions.
  • Identify customer business pain points and articulate how Dmall solutions can help resolve those challenges.
  • Collaborate with different teams to deliver desired results to clients.
  • Develop new business sales opportunities in new retail customers.
  • Manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key accounts.
  • Consult clients on their business operations or requirements based on knowledge of the Dmall product portfolio and industry trends.
  • Work closely with the implementation team and product team on the implementation plan for the project.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on schedule.

The Person

  • Experience in business development on retail solution
  • Knowledge in Cloud applications
  • Management of large and complex sales cycles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with client director/manager level
  • Experience in expanding business to the international market
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience in business development or sales
  • Great knowledge on retail solution
  • Good understanding of Software/Systems/Database architecture
  • Ability to successfully close new business
  • Proven problem resolution, communication, planning, and execution skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
