Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and ensure compliance with Group BCM Policy and governance standards.
  • Coordinate annual BCM audits, reviews, and readiness assessments across all functions.
  • Lead or support Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment (RA) to identify critical processes and recovery priorities.
  • Assist Crisis Management Team during incidents, ensuring activation of continuity plans and communication protocols until normal operations resume.
  • Organize and execute BCM drills, tests, and exercises; document results and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain BCM documentation, version control, and prepare regular reports on readiness, gaps, and improvements.
  • Conduct BCM awareness campaigns and training sessions; provide guidance on best practices to departments.
  • Liaise with regulators through Compliance teams and ensure all BCM materials (SOPs, BCPs, playbooks) are up-to-date and accessible.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, Operations/Process Governance; IT Disaster Recovery is a plus.
  • Skilled in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments; familiarity with Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) preferred.
  • Understanding of emergency response processes and incident handling.
  • Strong in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform under pressure during incidents.
