This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Consultant, located in Bandung. The Business Consultant will be responsible for conducting analysis, providing actionable recommendations, and delivering tailored management consulting solutions to clients. Daily responsibilities include evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, offering financial insights, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

• Consulting and Management Consulting experience to provide strategic solutions and insights
• Exceptional Communication skills for effectively presenting findings and engaging with various stakeholders
• Knowledge in Finance to provide expert advice on financial strategies and business optimization
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in consulting or a related industry is a strong advantage
