We connect millions of job seekers — particularly in the blue-collar and entry-level segments — with employers, and we're expanding the ways we serve workers and businesses across their journey. We're now looking for someone to help us incubate the next thing.

The Role

We're hiring a Business Builder to incubate and grow a new business from zero inside Pintarnya. This is a 0→1 role: you'll start with a hypothesis on a new business opportunity, validate it with real users and customers, and build it into a standalone P&L. You'll have the autonomy of a founder with the distribution, capital, and brand of an established company behind you.

You'll report directly into senior leadership and operate as the de facto GM of your venture from day one — even though it's a IC role today. If the business works, you grow with it.

What you'll do

• Identify, pressure-test, and prioritize new business opportunities
• Run rapid experiments to validate demand, willingness to pay, and unit economics before scaling
• Build the first version of the product, go-to-market motion, and operating model — often hands-on, often without a team underneath you at the start
• Own commercial outcomes end-to-end: revenue, margin, retention, and the metrics that prove the business is real
• Recruit and lead a small founding team once the venture earns the right to scale
• Partner with Pintarnya's product, engineering, growth, and ops teams to leverage the platform where it accelerates you

What we're looking for

We care more about evidence of building than a specific resume. You probably have some combination of:

• A track record of taking something from zero to meaningful scale — a startup you founded, a new business line you incubated inside a larger company, or a product you launched and grew with measurable commercial impact
• Strong commercial instincts: you can read a P&L, model unit economics, and make sharp prioritization calls under uncertainty
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action — you'd rather ship a scrappy v1 and learn than spend three months on a deck
• Hands-on range: you can do the customer interviews, write the SQL, draft the contract, and recruit the first hire
• Deep curiosity about Indonesia's workforce and the economic realities of the people we serve
