What You Will Own

In this role, you will be accountable for:

  • Identify and execute new growth opportunities to expand Luxehouze's fashion business.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to accelerate go-to-market (GTM) efforts.
  • Conduct analysis of key business metrics to uncover insights and propose actionable recommendations.
  • Perform sales and performance gap analysis to diagnose issues and identify improvement levers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and campaigns.
  • Deliver structured performance reports and dashboards for management.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Monitor ongoing sales performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize strategies to boost transaction volume, repeat purchases, and adoption.

This is an accountability role. Ownership and follow-through are expected.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the fashion, retail, consulting, and/or FMCG industries.
  • Accustomed to working in a strategy and operations environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
