Business Analyst
Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience working on banking or financial services projects is highly required.
- Experience working on branch banking application projects is required.
- Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into clear technical documentation.
- Experience creating and maintaining FSD, API Documentation, Technical Specifications, System Flows, and User Guides.
- Good understanding of API documentation and system integration concepts.
- Strong documentation, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate and well-structured documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, including FSD, API Documentation, Technical Specifications, System Flows, and User Guides.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical documentation.
- Create clear and well-structured API documentation based on project requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain documentation version control and ensure all documents are aligned with product releases.
- Review technical documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Provide input and support to improve documentation processes and establish standardized documentation practices.
