Business Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and Implement Dealer Management Systems for Automotive clients on Dynamics platform
• Lead business requirements sessions with internal team and customer
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and design specifications
• Conduct functional fit/gap analysis between business requirement and product/system
• Create, review, and maintain functional documentation such as requirements definitions, functional specifications, design specifications, test plans, test scripts, and related deliverables
• Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve requirements analysis, documentation, data analysis, solution design, testing, and overall delivery efficiency
• Use AI responsibly to support business analysis activities, including identifying patterns, summarizing requirements, generating documentation drafts, preparing test scenarios, and accelerating repetitive tasks, while applying appropriate human validation and professional judgment
• Perform product configuration and customization during presales and implementation phases
• Present and demonstrate solutions based on customer requirements and business scanarios
• Conduct UAT sessions with clients, product training, and workshops
• Advise clients on the capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality and custom development
• Bridge communication between business and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and solutions
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital capabilities to improve business processes and customer solutions
• Implement best practices, standards, and procedures, including quality and delivery methodologies
• Support the development of product localization for Automotive Solutions and integrations
• Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics, AI capabilities, automation, and emerging technologies relevant to automotive business applications and consulting

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university, majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in the IT industry as a Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role, with strong demonstrated consulting and client-facing skills
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Dynamics AX
• Knowledge of the automotive business and/or Dealer Management Systems is an advantage
• Successfully delivered a minimum of 2 full cycles of IT implementations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Comfortable working with AI tools and digital technologies, with an interest in applying AI to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, and solution delivery
• Ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs rather than relying on AI without professional judgment
• Willing to travel locally and overseas. Travel may vary depending on assignments
