Analyze end-to-end business processes and supply chain flow (Design → Sampling → Production → QC → Warehouse → Distribution) to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
Develop and enhance workflows, SOPs, and operational systems to improve scalability and efficiency
Initiate and lead process improvement projects to reduce lead time, increase productivity, and minimize errors
Analyze data related to production, inventory, and vendor performance to generate actionable insights for management
Build monitoring systems and dashboards (e.g., Google Sheets or other tools) to improve operational visibility and decision-making
Identify gaps between current performance and business targets, and propose data-driven solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse) to ensure effective implementation of improvements
Document business processes and ensure standardization across teams
Support and guide operational teams in adopting new systems and improved ways of working
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or supply chain roles
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and supply chain operations
Proven ability in process analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Lookups, data analysis)
Strong analytical thinking and system-thinking mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong sense of ownership
