Your Responsibilities
- Engage with business users to understand, analyze, and document their needs
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for developers
- Ensure developed solutions meet agreed requirements and business expectations
- Perform quality assurance testing and prepare test scenarios & documentation
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-release monitoring
- Train and assist internal users in adopting and using system solutions
Qualifications
- 14 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related role
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work closely with business users and developers
- Experience or exposure to requirement gathering, documentation, and testing
- Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus
- Proficiency in English is a plus
