Purpose of the Role:
As a Business Analyst Manager (Core Banking), you will lead a team of business analysts in delivering high-impact solutions across all core banking modules. You will drive strategic initiatives, bridge business and technology requirements, and ensure projects deliver measurable value while complying with Indonesian banking regulations. You will collaborate closely with global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business analysts, ensuring effective requirement gathering, process documentation, and solution design across all core banking modules.
- Advise banking clients on strategy, operations, and process improvements across multiple core banking domains (e.g., deposits, loans, payments, trade finance, treasury).
- Oversee business requirement analysis and solution design to ensure alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and discussions with IT and business stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth delivery of solutions.
- Recommend core banking system configurations, process enhancements, and cross-module optimizations.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian banking regulations and industry standards.
- Drive project delivery excellence, including proactive planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Act as a liaison between senior management, clients, and project teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in banking, with proven experience leading or managing teams in core banking projects.
- Hands-on experience with core banking platforms across multiple modules and strong understanding of Indonesian banking regulations.
- Fluent in English for collaboration and reporting to multinational teams.
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to travel domestically as needed to support project execution and client engagement.
