Business Analyst (Japanese Speaker)

Description

Work as a part of our Functional Consultant team in charge of ERP implementation projects for Japanese companies in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer business needs, write specifications, and suggest solutions.

Communicate requirements to team of developers and oversee development.

Constantly communicate project and on-going tasks to customers.

Organize and follow-up on implementations.

Participate in project planning, estimation, and project management activities to ensure successful delivery of implementations.

Write test cases and check the development.

Do API testing, Automated testing, and database dummy based on requirement/test plan

Provide customer maintenance services in accordance with applicable SLAs.

Must Have

Fluency in Japanese (Speaking, Writing, & Listening)

At least 1 year of professional experiences

Have an excellent understanding of business processes.

Great planning and communication skills.

Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly.

Nice To Have

Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing, & Listening)

Bachelor's degree in Japanese language, accounting or Equivalent.

Previous experience as PPIC or in ERP implementation is a plus
