Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT companies or system integrators.
- Experience in handling system implementation projects (ERP, CRM, Core Systems, Middleware, etc.).
- Experience working on projects related to supply chain management and manufacturing is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
- Solid understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to produce Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories, and flow diagrams.
- Familiarity with basic database concepts, APIs, and system integration.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving ability.
- Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders (clients, vendors, and internal teams).
- Adaptable to changing project requirements.
Main Activities :
1. Client Business Requirements Analysis
- Elicit and document client business requirements through interviews and observation.
- Understand existing business processes (AS-IS) and design target processes (TO-BE).
2. System Requirements Translation
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Requirement documents, or similar artifacts.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications that can be clearly understood by technical teams (developers, architects, QA).
3. Internal Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Project Managers and solution partners/vendors.
- Support effort estimation, scope definition, and change request processes.
4. Implementation & Testing Support
- Support the development process to ensure solutions align with defined requirements.
- Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario preparation and result validation.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clarifying client business requirements.
- Manage client expectations related to scope, features, and requirement changes.
6. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
- Ensure all requirement documentation is kept up to date.
- Support knowledge transfer and handover to clients after implementation.
