Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Business Analyst, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Business Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather, assess, and document business requirements. Daily tasks include analysing business data, developing and improving business processes, and ensuring that solutions align with organisational objectives. The role also requires active communication and coordination with team members to deliver project milestones effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to support decision-making
• Proven experience in Business Analysis and defining clear business requirements
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders
• Expertise in Business Processes and a strong understanding of process improvement techniques
• Proficiency in documentation tools and Business Analysis software tools
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Experience in hospitality or technology industries is an advantage
