About the Role
- We are seeking a sharp, resourceful, and highly analytical Business Analyst to join the Office of the CEO. This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with the CEO across a wide range of high-impact strategic and operational topics. You will act as a force multipliertranslating vision into execution, providing insights through data, supporting decision-making, and driving initiatives that shape the direction of the company.
- This position also requires regular travel domestically and internationally with the CEO to support strategic meetings, partner engagements, investor discussions, and on-the-ground execution of critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO to structure and solve critical business problems across functions (growth, operations, finance, partnerships).
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support strategic decision-making.
- Build financial models, projections, dashboards, and metrics to evaluate performance and new opportunities.
- Prepare briefing documents, board decks, investor updates, and high-level presentations.
- Track company OKRs and align stakeholders to execution priorities.
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring communication is clear and action-oriented.
- Lead or support high-priority special projects from concept to implementation.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform product, expansion, and scaling strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field. MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
- Ivy League graduates are preferable.
- Fluent in English is a Must, +Mandarin & other languages is preferable.
- 36 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, VC/PE, or in a similar analyst/strategic role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen with ability to connect strategy to execution.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; fluent in crafting executive-level slides (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-starter with high ownership, bias for action, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
