Establish and implement service standards, policies, and building management procedures as an operational governance framework to ensure facilities operate optimally, safely, in compliance with regulations, and in alignment with company standards.
Manage and oversee lease agreements comprehensively, including the administration of commercial terms, monitoring of contract lifecycles, and ensuring full compliance with the rights and obligations of both landlords and tenants in accordance with agreed contractual provisions.
Ensure strict adherence to contractual requirements while proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal and operational risks arising from relationships with landlords and other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure that all legal documents, permits, and building certifications are properly managed, complete, valid, and fully compliant with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Maintain structured governance of documentation and correspondence with landlords, ensuring proper record-keeping, accountability, and readiness for audit purposes.
Develop, manage, and control the building's operational budget in a strategic manner, including budget planning, cost control, and the implementation of continuous cost-efficiency initiatives without compromising service quality or operational standards.
Requirement :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 58 years of progressive experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, Building Operations
Strong exposure to rental/lease administration, tenant management, and space management.
Demonstrated track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and SLA governance.
Experience leading small to mid-sized teams or service providers.Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, and accustomed to managing and processing data.
Proficiency in lease documentation, rental agreements, and facility-related legal requirements.
