Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage multi-disciplinary construction/maintenance work
  • Oversee materials validation to ensure conformance with specifications
  • Monitor, assess, and record construction performance and activities
  • Inspect ongoing work for compliance with standards and requirements
  • Maintain and repair building units
  • Diagnose issues, provide corrective solutions, and estimate costs
  • Prepare and assemble required work setups
  • Meet with clients regarding repair/maintenance needs
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of work progress

Requirements

  • Knowledge of construction practices, project management, and controls
  • Familiar with scheduling, cost estimating, documentation, contract administration, and construction techniques
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Min. 1 year of experience in real estate development, project management, architecture, engineering, or construction management
  • Able to communicate professionally with contractors, owners, and subconsultants
  • High attention to detail, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • Fast learner with a no task is too small attitude
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD & architectural/planning is a plus
  • Have driver's license and own transportation
