Role Overview

We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who are ready to make their mark in the world of fashion. As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a key part in helping us elevate everyday fashion.

What You'll Do:

• Create daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly building maintenance schedules
• Ensure the office building is in good condition and suitable for use
• Create store maintenance schedules
• Be responsible for maintaining stock of maintenance supplies
• Ensure Everbest, EVB, and TRACCE stores are in good condition and suitable for use
• Assist the Project Team and the Sales and Operation Team during bazaars held in malls
• Vendor negotiations
• Prepare reports

We're Looking For:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture / Interior Design
• 2-3 year of working experience in the same field of work
• Proficient on AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, and Adobe Photoshop
• Proficient in making shop drawings and 3D modeling
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Responsible person with ability to work independently in a team environment
