PT Grand Indonesia is a privately owned company and a subsidiary of Djarum Group, which manages four business units:

1. Grand Indonesia Shopping Mall, a premium shopping center that offers an International shopping experience and a wide range of fashion apparel, restaurants, and entertainment choices.

2. Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta, a historic landmark hotel of Indonesia.

3. Kempinski Private Residences, a first-class serviced residential tower jointly managed with Kempinski Hoteliers.

4. Menara BCA, a 56 storey-premium-grade office tower that host multinational companies.

Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for a Budget Supervisor with the following requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Accounting, Budgeting, or Financial Reporting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Job Descriptions:

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Prepare and maintain monthly account schedules and reconciliations
• Accurately record financial transactions in a timely manner
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Review and analyse monthly budget reports to identify variances and support cost control
• Assist in the preparation of financial projections and management reports
