About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role as a Branded Content Manager at Tatler Asia in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Branded Content Manager plays a pivotal role in driving advertising revenue and content-led partnerships across key Tatler Indonesia verticals, including luxury, fashion, dining, homes, wellness, travel, technology, and beyond. This role is responsible for shaping creative, revenue-generating solutions that uphold Tatler Indonesia's editorial excellence and brand integrity, while effectively meeting client objectives and elevating the brand's commercial offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Branded Content & Creative Strategy
- Ideate, develop, and present compelling storytelling-driven solutions in response to digital and integrated (print + digital + social + experiential) RFPs.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial, Editorial, Videographer, Photographer, Designers, and external vendors/freelancers to build high-quality content and proposals.
- Translate client goals into strong content frameworks, ensuring that all creative solutions remain premium, brand-safe, and aligned with Tatler standards.
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead and manage all branded content projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring deadlines, content quality, and client expectations are met.
- Drive a streamlined workflow across internal teams, maintaining excellence while adhering to allocated budgets.
- Oversee production timelines, asset coordination, approvals, and final outputs.
Sales Enablement & Client Engagement
- Create strategic client presentationsincluding data insights, media solutions, content programs, and brand positioning materialsto support sales development.
- Identify, shape, and pitch high-value, cross-platform campaigns across print, digital, social, video, and experiential activations.
- Attend and lead client-facing meetings as needed, confidently presenting Tatler Indonesia's unique offerings and creative capabilities.
Market Insights & Innovation
- Stay up-to-date with luxury market trends, digital innovations, branded content evolution, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with the Commercial and Content teams to develop new product offerings and signature Tatler Indonesia packages around key editorial tentpole moments, digital franchises, and event-led opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong storytelling ability with a refined sense of luxury tone, editorial quality, and narrative structure.
- Minimum 8 years experience in luxury lifestyle media, creative agencies, publishing, or brand-side content roles.
- Bilingual proficiency (English & Indonesian)strong writing, editing, and presentation skills in both languages.
- A proactive, creative, and solution-oriented thinker who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills; comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of digital media, social platforms, video storytelling, and the luxury audience landscape.
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders, clients, and regional counterparts.
- Proficiency in Keynote and presentation-building tools; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
