Brand Partnership & Business Development Manager
We are a growing retail company focused on product innovation, brand collaboration, and strategic marketing initiatives. We are currently looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Brand Partnership & Business Development Manager.
This role will play a key role in expanding and managing B2B partnerships across Indonesia and Asia, identifying and developing strategic collaborations with brands and artists that align with our brand identity. The role will also act as the main point of contact (PIC) in curating and managing both internal and external events, ensuring each initiative strengthens brand presence and creates meaningful partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships with partners, exploring new business opportunities, and executing collaborative projects that support the company's growth and market expansion. Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager or Team Lead in related roles.
- Strong analytical skills in market trends and product positioning.
- Proven experience in managing business collaborations, partnerships, and consignment.

Responsibilities:
- Expand and manage B2B partnerships to drive sales growth across all brands.
- Lead negotiations and manage relationships with B2B partners to establish mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with partners through regular online and offline meetings to improve retention and long-term cooperation.
- Identify and recommend potential collaborators, including brands and artists, for brand partnerships and product development initiatives.
- Present collaboration proposals to potential partners and manage the end-to-end collaboration process, from negotiation and agreement to execution and completion.
- Manage and coordinate partnerships with collaborators, including negotiating profit-sharing models, wholesale agreements, and royalty arrangements.
- Prepare and deliver clear content briefs for collaboration campaigns to internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment in execution.
- Plan and define product campaign strategies and highlight initiatives to increase brand visibility, market presence, and sales performance.
- Lead the planning of internal brand events by defining strategy, event themes, ROI targets, and timelines for offline campaigns and brand activities.
- Manage external events by developing sales forecast strategies, including product selection, budgeting, and revenue targets.
- Ensure all event-related properties, logistics, and activities run smoothly and effectively during the event.
- Create demand forecasts to support procurement planning for new collaboration products.
- Review and approve KOL (Key Opinion Leader) selections for marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
- Develop and prepare KOL Statements of Work (SOW) to guide campaign deliverables, timelines, and collaboration terms.
