Job Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and execution for sales, marketing, and brand development to strengthen the companys market position.
Design and implement communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and value in the luxury jewellery market.
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives including customer loyalty programs, product launches, promotional campaigns, and exclusive events.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation with post-campaign performance analysis.
Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Drive digital marketing and social media strategies to increase engagement and online presence.
Collaborate closely with the Creative & Design Team to produce compelling brand visuals and communication materials.
Oversee and develop customer loyalty programs, e-commerce platform, and official social media channels to maximize customer retention and sales.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 35 years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, and/or digital marketing, preferably in the luxury goods or jewellery industry.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of branding principles and luxury market positioning.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
Leadership ability with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Creative and results-driven, with the ability to transform ideas into impactful marketing outcomes.
Knowledge of current digital trends, luxury retail marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
