Minor Food is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Brand Marketing Manager in Indonesia who is eager to contribute to the growth of our business and aspiring to join a leading global F&B player.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals and target market insights.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend analysis within the F&B industry.
- Define brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and communication guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Support annual marketing planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Campaign & Communication Management
- Plan, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Oversee content development for advertising, digital platforms, social media, and in-store branding.
- Ensure campaigns reflect brand identity, tone, and strategic direction.
- Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and product-related activations.
- Work closely with digital, PR, and creative teams to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Product & Innovation Support
- Collaborate with Product Development and R&D teams to support new product launches.
- Develop go-to-market strategies including launch timelines, messaging, and promotional plans.
- Conduct consumer insights analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation or improvement.
- Ensure packaging, labeling, and product communication align with brand standards and regulations.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with external partners such as creative agencies, media agencies, PR firms, and production vendors.
- Prepare clear briefs, evaluate proposals, and monitor deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to align brand initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and execution progress.
Brand Performance Monitoring
- Track, analyze, and report brand performance metrics (brand awareness, engagement, sales impact, ROI, campaign KPIs).
- Utilize data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve future campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
- Monitor market feedback, customer sentiment, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Brand Marketing Manager, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and market insights.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and agencies.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand sensitivity.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office.
