Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Marketing Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Boga Group's brands, collaborating with the marketing team, and analyzing market trends to drive brand awareness and growth.

  • Plan all marketing & brand strategy, programs and communication to build the assigned brands awareness & to optimize brands performance, both offline & online.
  • Actively researching for market, trend, competition & customer insights to drive winning brands strategy.
  • Optimize partnerships with key partners (online platforms, banks, and other potential partners) to drive awareness, transactions and sales.

Minimum Qualifications

This role is a perfect fit for creative minds that understand 360 planning to drive awareness & traffic, thus a min. 3 years experience in brand building & growing awareness is required. Passionate about food & the industry is definitely a must. Having F&B or agency background will be a plus point.

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Min. 3 years experience in the same role

  • Marketing Strategy and Brand Development skills
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media Management skills
  • Experience in Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus, especially in Lifestyle Brand
