Role Purpose:
To support the Sr. Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of brand marketing strategies across the Indonesia market. This role takes ownership of small to mid-scale brand marketing projects and contributes to executing regional campaigns, ensuring consistent brand communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the Sr. Marketing Manager in planning, implementing, and developing strategic marketing campaigns tailored for Indonesia markets which is impactful, effective, and addresses key consumer need gaps.
- Campaign development, management, optimization and measurement on social media, paid media & other media platforms; including briefing, media, and KOL activity; lead interactions for assigned projects
- Independently manage the end-to-end execution of small to mid-sized B2C & B2B brand marketing initiatives (Digital, Offline: on-ground/ BTL activations, and events)
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign goals and timelines.
- Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all marketing materials and external communications.
- Assist in conducting consumer insight activities and competitive landscape research to inform marketing direction.
- Provide guidance to Jr Executives, Interns, and Freelancers; delegate executional tasks when appropriate.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma Degree (D3) in any field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with external and internal stakeholders.
- Familiar with KOL/Influencers video activity
- Execution-oriented mindset to drive the implementation of growth strategies and achi
- Proficiency in both the local language and English for effective communication.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in brand marketing/ event activation/ marketing agency
- Location: Jakarta, will be required to travel as per business requirements
