Mooimom is looking for a Brand Manager who is passionate about building a strong, trusted brand in the Mom & Baby industry.
You will play a key role in shaping brand strategy, driving growth, and ensuring consistent brand execution across all channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute end-to-end brand & marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Define brand positioning and ensure consistency across online & offline channels
- Conduct market & competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Lead digital & social media campaigns, including content direction and brand storytelling
- Build and manage KOL , affiliate and partnerships to increase brand visibility
- Create and execute Go-To-Market strategies (timeline, budget, campaign plan)
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI
- Track and analyze brand performance (awareness, preference, satisfaction, CAC, conversion)
- Lead brand activations, expos, and offline events
- Collaborate closely with Sales & Channel teams to support revenue targets
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 35 years experience as a Brand Manager (Retail / FMCG experience is a must; Mom & Baby is a plus)
- Strong data-driven & analytical mindset
- Solid understanding of branding, GTM strategy, and campaign execution
- Hands-on experience with B2C digital marketing channels (social media, SEO/SEM, email)
- Strong communication skills (English written & spoken)
- Agile, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work WFO in Kelapa Gading
- Available to join immediately is a plus
