Partner with the marketing team to ensure campaigns and VM align with product focus and brand stories.
Work with operations to ensure smooth product flow, staff product knowledge, and store readiness.
Coordinate with the e-commerce team for online assortments, digital launches, and merchandising alignment.
Track KPIs including sales, sell-through, margin, inventory health, and markdowns.
Prepare and present regular brand performance reviews to management and principals.
Lead business case development for new product categories, store openings, or campaigns.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in brand or merchandising management within fashion/retail (minimum 2 years in a senior role), with experience with international brands or brand principals.
Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
Tech-savvy: Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and familiar with retail systems.
