Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Brand Manager at PT Dapur Sehat Indonesia (Healthy Go) located in Cengkareng. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies to promote our healthy food products. This includes conducting market research, managing brand campaigns, analyzing consumer trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Responsibility

• Develop and execute brand strategies to create a strong market presence and increase brand equity.
• Monitor the marketing management process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze sales data and consumer feedback to make informed brand positioning and marketing strategy decisions.
• Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
• Proficient in using marketing tools and software
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
