Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies for brand awareness campaigns and always on brand building initiatives
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Experience in launching new products, defining product positioning, and delivering all onsite assets to help sell a product online preferred
  • Work closely with the creative team through production, to enable the creation of assets that serve our business, brand and customer experience goals
  • Review sales team performance and suggest campaigns
  • Manage customer experience in our social media and customer service
  • Manage budget and monitor budget spend effectiveness for brand
  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

Requirements

  • Experienced in the same position or related field for min. 2 years
  • Have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Independent and able to work in dynamic environment
  • Having experience in handling marketing campaign, creative, new product development and research
